RESUMEN ASAMBLEA GENERAL AMPA IES PLAYA FLAMENCA
FECHA: MIÉRCOLES 17 DE OCTUBRE 2018
LUGAR: SALÓN DE USOS MÚLTIPLES IES PLAYA FLAMENCA
ASISTENTES: Yolanda , Huberto, Alfredo, Alicia, Laura y Jose Manuel como Junta Directiva Y AL CORRIENTE DE PAGO
Un total de 22 personas aproximadamente.
ORDEN DEL DÍA:
1º Lectura del acta anterior celebrada el 8 de abril, se aprueba por unanimidad.
2º Balance económico: 989,57 euros/socios 33. Cuota por socios 2018-2019: 495 euros. Explica nuestro tesorero Huberto Cánovas.
3º Comienzo de curso, se explica que han faltado algunos profesores por baja y que al día de hoy están todas cubiertas. Todos los alumnos que participaron en el “xarxa llibres” tienen sus libros. También se han realizado las reuniones con los tutores correspondientes. Se les entrega a las familias la hoja para hacerse del AMPA, con el número de cuenta y la protección de datos, informando de la página web Facebook, correo del AMPA y , la página web familiar del centro, que aún no está disponible(cuando lo esté , seremos los primeros en comunicarlo y ayudar a las familias a utilizarla).
4º Deportes, explica nuestro vicepresidente Alfredo Abad, que en el instituto se están realizando deportes municipales, tales como patinaje, gimnasia rítmica, full-contact, y que las escuelas deportivas de la costa no están en función amiento porque en la reunión que se mantuvo el 2 de octubre con los coordinadores y los directores de los centros se decidió que los sábados se debería jugar los partidos en la Costa.
5º Autobús para bachiller, explicamos cómo debe hacerse la solicitud, que se están apuntando los alumnos y algunos padres de la sala piden apuntar a sus hijos. De momento NO HAY AUTOBÚS PARA BACHILLER y la presidenta Yolanda Fernández explica que la próxima semana mantendrá una reunión con la concejala de educación y se lo pedirá, además de otro que necesitan los alumnos de música para ir al conservatorio de Torrevieja en abril.
6º Banco de libros, para el próximo curso el AMPA pretende hacer el “xarxa llibres” con los cursos de bachiller para poder ayudar a las familia, una vez que terminen la PAU, se les pedirá los libros para poder prestárselos a otros alumnos.
7º Accesos al instituto, todos los participantes estamos de acuerdo en que los accesos son terribles y peligrosos, durante tres años consecutivos se han pedido soluciones al Ayuntamiento, haciendo éste, caso omiso. Por lo tanto damos de tregua este trimestre, esperando recibir una solución, sino cortaremos las calles que necesitan las mejoras inmediatas, en signo de disconformidad y protesta.
8º Ruegos y preguntas. Jose Manuel presidente saliente el pasado año, protesta por la convocatoria, pide el balance de cuentas y una renovación de junta directiva. Se le contesta diciendo que en los estatutos no se contempla la renovación anual, que él mismo dimitió de su cargo por falta de tiempo y que el balance se les entregará a los miembros que estén al corriente de pago. Pregunta por qué se va a realizar la conferencia de Valoria, Violencia de Género en el IES, Y SE EXPLICA QUE EL COLEGIO AÚN NO TIENE MOBILIARIO Y QUE ESTÁ ENFOCADA A EDADES MÁS MADURAS, que no estamos federados con ninguna federación al día de hoy y que toda la aportación educativa y valores debe de inculcarse a nuestros hijos desde temprana edad.
Por último a las familias inglesas se le informa de la traducción de todos los puntos de la Asamblea, dicho documento se subirá a la página web, en español e inglés, por cortesía de la presidenta.
Se da por finalizada la reunión a las 18:00 horas.

A total of approximately 22 people.
ORDER OF THE DAY:
1º Reading of the previous act celebrated on April 8, is approved unanimously.
2nd Economic balance: 989.57 euros / partners 33. Share by partners 2018-2019: 495 euros. Explains our treasurer Huberto Cánovas.
3º Beginning of the course, it is explained that some teachers have been absent due to sick leave and that to date they are all covered. All students who participated in the «xarxa llibres» have their books. Meetings have also been held with the corresponding tutors. Families are given the form to get the AMPA, with the account number and data protection, informing of the Facebook page, the AMPA email and the center’s family website, which is not yet available (when be, we will be the first to communicate and help families to use it).
4th Sports, explains our vice-president Alfredo Abad, who is doing municipal sports in the institute, such as skating, rhythmic gymnastics, full-contact, and that the sports schools of the coast are not working because in the meeting that was held On October 2 with the coordinators and the directors of the centers it was decided that on Saturdays the matches on the Coast should be played.
5th Bus for bachelor, we explain how the application should be made, that the students are signing up and some parents in the room ask to point their children. At the moment there is NO BUS FOR BACHILLER and the president Yolanda Fernandez explains that next week she will have a meeting with the councilor of education and she will ask for it, as well as another that the music students need to go to the Torrevieja conservatory in April.
6th Bank of books, for the next course the AMPA aims to do the «xarxa llibres» with the bachelor courses to help the family, once they finish the PAU, they will be asked for the books to be able to lend them to other students.
7th Access to the institute, all participants agree that the accesses are terrible and dangerous, for three consecutive years solutions have been requested to the City, doing this, ignore. Therefore we give truce this quarter, hoping to receive a solution, but we will cut the streets that need immediate improvements, as a sign of disagreement and protest.
8th Questions and questions. Jose Manuel outgoing president last year, protesting the call, asks for the balance of accounts and a renewal of the board of directors. He is answered saying that the statutes do not contemplate the annual renewal, that he himself resigned from his position due to lack of time and that the balance will be delivered to the members who are up to date with payment.
